System Fala

The official application of the FALA System - version with limited functionality and tickets in the Gdańsk area.

The current version of the FALA System Application is particularly useful for residents of Gdańsk and travelers traveling around Gdańsk. In the near future, the next version will also include tariffs from other cities in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Thanks to the FALA application, you can now, among others:
- create an account in the FALA system;
- personalize your FALA account;
- find timetables for various public transport modes;
- purchase a ticket for the journey;
- purchase a monthly/semester ticket;
- top up and check the balance of your account in the FALA system.

Ultimately, the application will allow you to automatically "summarize" the passenger's journeys in billing periods. The passenger, deciding on the so-called dynamic journey, when getting into the vehicle, he will be obliged to start the dynamic journey with a smartphone.

The idea that guides the designers of FALI is the slogan "get in and go" - i.e. I don't need to know ticket prices, the system will find the best ticket solution for me. The system will take into account my discounts, select tickets and, if possible, combine them in such a way as to give the lowest possible amount.

Passengers in Pomerania will have a total of nearly 100 different tickets to choose from (taking into account various tariff solutions). Currently, the FALA System Application includes single, 75-minute, 24-hour, personal monthly and season tickets. In addition, passengers have the opportunity to choose from several dozen different discount entitlements, which are also not the same among different organizers and ticket issuers.

When traveling with FALA, both residents of Pomerania and tourists will be able to count on tips about available better connections, which increases the guarantee of reaching the destination on time. What is very important - the system will operate not only in the Tricity or metropolis. It will also cover communication in smaller towns in Pomerania - also on the outskirts of the voivodeship.

The FALA system will ultimately support the public transport systems of the following cities: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Wejherowo, Lębork, Słupsk, Tczew, Chojnice, Puck and Władysławowo, as well as journeys organized by the Pomeranian Voivodeship (carriers: PKP SKM in Tricity and Polregio). Currently, the FALA System Application supports the public transport system in Gdańsk.

The FALA system is a project never seen before in Poland. One electronic platform that will connect the railway network and public transport in the entire Pomeranian Voivodeship.

The FALA system will ultimately connect public transport in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The application will allow you to plan and settle your trip. In the final version, it will include bus, tram, trolleybus and rail transport (SKM and Polregio).

The FALA system is a modern solution that will enable convenient travel planning and travel by public transport combined with a fare payment system.

Paying for journeys will be based on the FALA System application and a special FALA transport card (or passenger payment card) and a network of validators, i.e. special readers.
