Het draait allemaal om actief worden en gezonder leven door middel van sport en teamwork. We brengen u maandelijkse DSActive-uitdagingen om u verantwoordelijk te houden. Daag jezelf uit of ren met je collega's. Kies, zonder vaste afstand of route, hoe u actief wilt blijven.

Alleen al door mee te doen, draag je bij aan je eigen lichamelijke gezondheid en help je sociaal verbonden te blijven met je collega's!

Synchroniseer uw account met uw fitnessapparatuur (Apple / Garmin / Fitbit) om uw trainingen bij te houden en uw scorebordscore te berekenen. Maak contact met uw collega's en controleer uw feed op updates tijdens hun runs.
