[設定]ウィンドウで、デバイスID（DID）とパスワードを入力して、https://www.weatherlink.com/bulletinページにアクセスする必要があります。

- Added "Windchill" parameters.
This parameter describe what the air temperature feels like to the human skin due to the combination of cold
temperatures and winds blowing on exposed skin.

- Added "Mute" (checkbox on the Settings -> Units page) for silent work of application. It does not affect for Warnings.
