Added:
- Imperial runes with bonuses for a selected troop type
- The "1-Hour Scout Troop Headcount, +400%" item
- The ability to assign one Reputation to multiple Lords
- New secret achievements and new levels for some existing achievements
- A requirement for forming Raids in Avalon: a Military Camp of at least level 34

We've also:
- Increased the limit on applying items for refreshing Errands to a max of 10,000 items at once
- Decreased the duration of the Championship from 2 hours to 1 hour
